My Story

I started my fitness journey in high school as an underweight teenager looking to build muscle, with little knowledge of training or nutrition. After high school, I became a professional athlete, which fueled my passion for fitness and led me to coach myself throughout my career. This journey inspired me to become a certified fitness coach.


Over the years, my training style has evolved, spanning bodybuilding, functional fitness, CrossFit, and Hyrox. This diverse experience allows me to tailor my coaching to different goals, whether building muscle, improving performance, or achieving overall fitness.
